Karachi Sharks rebounded nicely with a victory in their second game on Saturday against the Hafizabad Stallions in the Major Cricket League (MCL) Pakistan series at the Maq Cricket ground in Hafizabad.

Batting first Stallions who have not had the best tournament made 86/2. Leading the way with the bat was Hamza Sarwar with 57 off 20 deliveries with four sixes and eight fours. He only ran one run during his innings as the rest were in boundaries. Bilaal Irshad at the top of the order got 18.

In reply, Sharks got 60 from Mohammad Afzal Qureshi to take the win. He was severe on anything short of off line and cracked six sixes and four fours off 18 balls. Karachi Sharks ran home winners with an over and a half to spare.
